Summer 2012 CZ Shoot?

Word on the street is that longtime MNGT member and CZ afficionado Jeff Bergquist will be leaving Minnesota for good and transplanting himself to the steamy tropical jungle paradise of Costa Rica sometime in July this year.

Would this then be an appropriate time to organize another CZ Shoot to afford Mr. Bergquist a final opportunity to spend quality range time with his fellow Minnesotan CZ addicts, and for us to send him off in grand fashion? I think so!

For those interested in meeting up, how does a Wednesday evening at the Burnsville Pistol Range sound? Just for starters, I'll throw out May 30, June 6 and June 13 as possible dates.

Suggestions? Ideas?


Okay, it seems we've decided on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 as the date for the Shoot, with the following conspirators indicating that they would attend:

I'll update the list as additional people indicate an interest in attending. As usual, we'll start congregating at the Burnsville Pistol Range at around 5:30 p.m., shoot, and then head to an as-yet-undecided location for dinner thereafter.

I will attend whatever date is agreed upon, come hell or high water, but June 8th is my last day of work, so a Wednesday between then and my departure in July would be best for me.

I have a few CZ rifles, I know other members do too. I don't do much shotgunning.

Pick a date and you KNOW I'll be there. CZ ownership is not required and as always there will be plenty of CZ's to try for those that don't own one or want to try one they don't own. If you don't own own one you do have to either want to own one or bring something awesome for the rest of us to try like Rodents Desert Eagle!
