Carver County Chief Deputy Sheriff Blair Anderson says authorities believe this is random.

“We want to make that clear so residents aren’t panicking,” said Anderson. “ We got a very good description from the victim.”


Wait, the cops always say don't worry cause something wasn't a random crime. Now were not supposed to worry because it is a random crime? :?

I was driving by and saw all the cop cars there. Figured a domestic considering where it was & time of day.

Have a client who lives next street up. She was filling me in on what happened.
