I hate to point out the obvious but you're linking old messages to someone with the same username, except their username is carlspackler, whereas my username is Carl_Spackler. I have my opinions but to shamelessly call me out as a troll without knowing who it is you're calling out is repugnant and laughable. You can tell the difference between lower case spelling and spelling with caps, right? FYI, I did post a response on the last thread, but the other posts are not me and I have no clue who this other carlspackler is.

oh, and one last thing. carlspackler has a join date of Jan 17th, 2010. I joined this forum on Oct 6th, 2010. Had I know there was someone else with the same username I would've chosen something different and saved myself the trouble. and if you think i'm BSing you just check the IP addresses. But, you seem to have your own witch hunt going on here and prefer to shoot your mouth off first and ask questions later.

Thank you dante. Obviously Carl has a much broader range of trolling sites than just our little local gun board, which speaks to his expertise (if you can call it that, as he eventually always blows his own cover... ) in baiting people in a variety of very different areas.

Note his discussion of "dickering", and mentioning some of his favorite "dickering" spots. How can someone this familiar with bargaining for guns start a post asking for help on a trade-in, and professing to know nothing about the whole process?

Thanks for the tip and interesting read. I was going to respond, thinking that the guy actually had a legitimate question, but now I realize that's not the case. Thanks for the heads up.

If you look through Carl's current and previous incarnation, he has been posting here about guns for nearly a year. Initially he came on like Joll himself and asked leading questions and tried to elicit death threats from people that he could use against them, and then in his current incarnation supposedly shows off a lot of knowledge about guns that pretty much proves that he's lying about his gun knowledge OR actually knows what he's talking about, which means he was lying about being a noob to begin with. Either way, he's lying through his teeth and trying to provoke as much controversy as possible.

So: He's been yapping about PTP's and CCL's and good scopes knowing a mint gun from a used gun since January, and it isn't until 10 months later that he FINALLY finds out that his wife hates guns and won't permit them in the house?? Well, I challenge you to name ONE regular member of this forum where this situation would be conceivably possible. Give me a name. And you see nothing wrong with somebody who baits people like this continuing to be on this forum??

FWIW, rather than get all hot 'n bothered over it, just create a new account under a completely different name. If you aren't the same guy, cool. The name is just too close to a known troll. If you are the same guy, ....well, 'nuff said. We all know how that goes.

Hey Carl, post some pics of the gun you want to sell and what you're looking to get for it. Take multiple pics of the gun, different angles and stuff. Hell, I might be interested in it. If you don't post pics of the gun, continue to argue with people then we all know you're a troll. If you're not, don't act like one, act like a guy who's interested in selling a gun.
