Anyone else order from Arms of America?

I was just wondering if anyone else has ordered through Arms of America?

I've placed a few orders and only 1 time have I recieved 100% what I ordered. I was just wondering if others have had the same experience with them or if it's just me? Generally they are very good about making the exchange, but I order stuff now because I need it now and not in a few weeks dealing with an exchange.

This time I ordered 3 yugo bolt hold open mags 2 of the 3 had the bolt hold feature. It's just frusterating to me they wouldn't take a quick peek prior to throwning a bulk surplus mag in a box and shipping it.

I'll keep everyone posted if they exchange it for me.

I'm still waiting for a response. They responded right away apologizing but still have not came up with a resolution yet

So they asked if I would be interested in ordering anything else, which I was... they said they would ship out the product on they made the error on when my new order ships. Guess what, new order shipped and still incorrect again! They say they will be shipping out the items they've made the errors on shortly. This is amazing.
