Ok so I want to clarify something, guns must be done by May 1st. That means anytime during the day May 1st we have to send in the pictures?

So we are a week into the 3 week extension and I have yet to see anybody else post that they have finished their gun. So is everybody keeping quiet about it or has nobody finished? I brought mine out to last weeks bon fire and I know more then few people were amazed that what I was showing them started as a Mosin.

You have 10, well more like 9, days to get something cobbled together.

Well I mounted a rail on olga yesterday. Had to modify the rail I bought. Then drill and rap the holes. It looks sexy. Well as sexy as a butchered mosin can look. Going back to the ranch next week to sight it in.
Wrap that around your overly muscled left wing and row your dinghy in counterclockwise circles as a result.

Ok, so I've come to the conclusion that it's way past the date and pics should have probably been submitted.
My camera's broken - If I were to say that it's quite obvious my entry rifle was completed in a couple hours(on April 30th of course), and that all design/modification is so obviously half-assed concoction of drunken amateurism that really any effort of cheating by having someone else do it would only give evidence to my idiocy; would I still be in dereliction of contest entry requirements?

On another note; do we have a date set yet?

anyways, i'm hosting a party that's probably going to be a complete bust, so i'll get a pic of mine up tomorrow

I didn't post pics but I have enough witnesses as to what condition it was in before the deadline. Ditto on the date. Do we need volunteers to help with the range construction?

Well here is "Mother Bubba" this is the one and only 500 S&W Mosin Nagan known to exist.

Image

This is "Catherine The Great" (I did not name her). Once again most likely the only 223 Remington Mosin Nagant known to exist.

The third Mosin "Borys Blackout" is no where to be found. I think he is passed out in a alley somewhere. When I find him I will post pictures.

Hello...

So, Um, folks... is this over? I check in now and again as I'm sponsoring it and I'm a little confused as to who to send a sight to...

I'll post the other stuff I've been busy with while I'm here. I'm sorry for not having posted for a bit. This is good stuff, or so say others, so hopefully it will make up for it.

Regards,

I was directed here from another board.

I like what you're doing! Should be interesting. I'm in Indiana so I can't participate and my mods tend to be mostly internal anyway (triggers with roller bearing pins and such), but I'm watching with interest.

If you all would like, I'll give the winner the pick of one of my sights. If s/he can't use it due to using glass or different sights or whatever, it will go to the runner up who can use it.

Will be watching.

Regards,

Josh

Holy smokes! Does this.mean the bubba build off has It's first sponsor???
