I'm in S Mpls and work in Mtka. If you're up for it I'd be willing to meet you at a range some time and get em dialed in for you.

From personal experience, you are going to find it high nigh impossible to move the rear site on a Sig with a simple site adjustment tool. Best to take it to a gunsmith, where he can put in the chocks and add some real pressure to the slide. My master gunsmith buddy (doesn't take external work...) told me of a local cop a few years ago who came to him with a Sig slide which he had broken trying to move the rear site.

He's talking about one of these:

I've got one, and have had zero troubles with removing or adjusting Sig sights, including ones with red locktite.

I learned the hard way. You are going to need hydraulic power ore something will break.

I don't know what you've had to deal with, green 640 locktite maybe? I've swapped out and zeroed sights on Sigs a few dozen times. I've never had any problems like the ones you're describing...

Hmm. I've never had any issues with Sig sights. Heat gun and a Brass punch with judicious application of a 3lb hammer has always worked fine. Truthfully, there really ain't much that they can't do (apart from removing the ball joint on the lower control arm of an M5, that sucker took two pickle forks and two sledgehammers and an ocycetalyne torch)
