If you would ... why do you believe it is, that you find .357 Sig more "interesting" than .40?! :|

I think there is onely one person in this thread who feels strongly one way or the other and it is the OP. If you want to argue maybe try politics. I can not see anywhere where anyone said .357 sig was the bees knees of selfdefense and if you carry anything else you are dead other than you of course.

And a new era of debate begins... Move over 9mm vs. .45, move over Glock vs. 1911, Move over Republican vs. Democrat, the new debate in town is can .357 Sig cure cancer? Is it the answer for world hunger? If fired in rapid succession into the ground with the user acheive personal space travel? Stay tuned because teh .357 Sig is the Bee's Knees !

Interesting persepective from an ER doctors point of view. It's a little long so to sum up...handguns suck at killing people. I know, not exactly a newsflash but...

Also, .40 Short and weak is the way to go. Why? Because, Glock!

here's a condensed version of a guy's posts from one forum or another. He claims to be a former cop who now works with the ME's office in a big city. I can't remember where. I first ran across his posts more than a year ago, but this is the first time I've seen it condensed. It's a good read.

Because of what was posted earlier about the recoil being less than the 40, I'd like to evaluate that myself. I've fired 9's that hurt to shoot, 45's that were a dream (and vice-versa), 40's that I thought in general where all about how much noise they can make and how snappy they can get. That's my personal nonprofessional idiotic opinion, yours may vary greatly.

Ahem (clears throat) Glocky shooty .357Sig as well there. I still have not shot a Glock. I just can't get past the uber-ugliness (there is that "tupperware" thing too).

I know, but I have a G22 and I carry it daily. I have a .357 bbl and a box of ammo for it, I just never use it. Why do you ask?
