It's also my opinion that "facts" like everything else, are subjective to the holder's point of view. I'm sure you'll disagree with my opinion, and you are certainly entitled to do so,

That, my internet co-hort, IS arguing. Welcome to the webz.

That's merely expressing my opinion, that's all. Arguing would be me trying to prove or validate my opinion versus merely stating it.

Heh.. Sucks to be on minority side in a "majority" decision.

That's for sure, especially when the majority makes the wrong decision.

The whole idea of civil-asset forfeiture is wrong-headed and dangerous. If the guy broke the law, then prove it in court, throw him in jail, and take the money. "But it's too hard or too much work to get a conviction!" Well, tough, government. Get a warrant. Do some police work. Prosecute your case. Get a conviction. Then you can seize assets.

Nobody should have to prove they are innocent. That means a few bad guys get away with doing bad things, and I can live with that. The alternative is much, much worse.

The Minnesota Permit to Carry a Pistol allows you to carry a handgun with you in the woods while bowhunting deer. If you don't have a permit, you can't carry any firearm while bowhunting deer.

The handgun can only be carried "for the purposes intended", meaning you better not use it to finish off a wounded animal or you'd be in big trouble.

YES, you can even use it to hunt with as long as it is center fire, at least .22 cal and expandable type bullet. As long as you
have a valid deer lic.
You can carry it during bow season but you can not use it on the deer.
