Little Project I got to do today

So when I was 12 or so I bought a Western Field 410 single shot Bolt Action from my neighbor. I paid 10.00 buck and the first rabbit or pheasant I shot with it.
Some time in the days when I was not paying attention the take down bolt went missing. My dad a machinist by trade did a rather haphazard job replacing it and the gun always had a little wiggle in it.
Today with a drill press, some files and a tap and die set I got it fixed so that it is fitted properly.
here is a pic of the end result

and here is a pic of the whole gun

Not Rocket Surgery but I'm kind of proud of it, and am grateful to my roommate for his kind instruction and knowledge.
