I'm dishonoring myself?

Could be. I dishonored the hell out of myself twice last night. It was wonderful!

Btw, it's not a protest vote. It's voting for the person I'd most like to see in the Oval Office.

Really, so, if I vote for the BEST person, instead of the lesser-of-two-evils person, I am dishonoring myself?

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

When i vote, i vote for the guy i want to get the job.
I do not vote for the guy that i think can win.

If someone were to ask me if they should punch me in the face, or in the stomach. I would say, "No, **** off."
I've heard stories of battered women that make deals with their abusers to avoid bruises, etc...
It's sad when voting in America makes the same kinda sense to people.
but, YMMV

That is the logical fallacy of the false dichotomy. You have more than two choices. In fact, by acting like you only have two choices, you are part of the reason getting more viable choices is so damn hard.

:rotf:
I'd bet 80% of the voters that show up are going to look at the choices and think, Hmmm, I didn't even know they were still running for President. Or better yet. Who are they?

So by your logic, a vote for Romney is a vote for Obama since most(in this thread) will not be voting for your savior. The only thing dishonorable going on is people telling others that their vote is going to someone they have no interest in voting for. The repubtards can't pull their head out of their ass enough to realize that 80% of their members don't give a **** for 50% of their policies. Then on top of it, the other 50% we agree with never get pursued with the aggressiveness that is required to turn this country around.... We are beginning to realize there ARE alternatives that fall in line with what we actually want. I will no longer vote for for "evil", because at the end of the day whether its the lesser of two or not, voting for evil will eventually have u living in hell.

Repubtards? Asses? The best way to get people to think like you is to alienate them. I say you are winning like Charlie Sheen. To bad Ron Paul, or that libertarian what's his name don't have a shot. Remember alcohol will drown your sorrows.

Haha thanks for proving my point. I was a republican until recently and will still be voting for many republicans... I just don't agree with much of the platform anymore. The only reason I would vote for Romney is to save my gun rights... but he already has a plan to work on reducing some of them.

They don't have a shot because people like you insist on making a protest vote.

See? It goes both ways.
