I've done the Apex 10 AK mags for $99 and had a good experience. They are exactly as stated, and if they are not, Apex refunds you the shipping cost to replace the bad items. I sent back 4 out of the 10 I received, got replacements back a week later. Apex is on the very short list of businesses based in California that I will do business with.
