Just cycle them as stated, and keep an eye on it to make sure it's not setting the bullet deeper.
Some mfg's/flavors of ammunition are more affected than others. If I recall correctly, my hydroshocks are cannelured. I haven't seen one set back yet.
Fed, redbox is another story though, I haven't noticed it on my XD at all.

....and on that note, how ironic someone created this other thread on the very subject of why not to cycle ammo: viewtopic.php?f=52&t=35945

Never had any issues recycling rounds. If its that much of an issue just buy a $20 caliper scale for reloading to check the OAL. Me I just go to the range at least once a month and I think that should solve any issues. I only wish I could more!

carrying with an empty chamber just sounds like a bad idea. .....I'd hate to get shot because the bad guys loaded their guns and I didn't ......that's the whole point of carrying a gun in the first place, to be able to use it in an emergency.
Anti-gun goofs fail to realize that if they melt every gun on the planet & I want you dead, a claw hammer would do the trick!! Then what? Ban claw hammers?

One word: revolver.
Men may argue forever on what wins their wars, and welter in cons and pros, and seek for the answer at history's doors, but the man with the rifle knows.

i'm thinking that the whole reason she was elected to demonstrate this holster is because they can also show viewers how easy it is to manipulate it around such large frontal obstacles

These holsters make sense in limited circumstances. Essentially, they are a way to get around dumbass regulation. There are places where police officers are obligated to carry chamber empty. Given that they want to live as much as anyone they commonly either risk disciplinary action or resort to this sort of gimmicks.
