I own an LCP and have also sent some lead downrange from a glock 27 and absolutely agree with nsnutter. The glock is fairly easy to put rounds through and have some fun with and is still controllable for being a smaller sized gun. TOTALLY different experience than shooting a mouse gun like an LCP or TCP. The mouse guns sights, triggers, and ease of shooting for fun are all pretty bad when comparing to something like a glock 27. I personally dont like putting more than 50-75 rounds at a time through my LCP for the reasons I mentioned above and by nsnutter. Just not as much fun, but like nsnutter says, in a SD situation it wont be noticed. On the plus side, the mouse guns have an incredibly easy way of finding their way in my pocket and make a very easy to carry gun that way which the same cannot be said about the glock 27. Just my opinion.

I carry one in the summer time, when a larger gun in not feasible. I have never had a problem with it firing or cycling, once I get the first round in the chamber. Was a little finicky stripping the first round off the mag when it was new. Much better after a couple hundred rounds.

What's the solution, once it's been "bricked"?

Manually operate the slide and it is back in operation provided haven't run dry.

Have you ever seen a case where the hammer was moving as the trigger pulled, but never released even when the trigger is fully pulled to the rear?

The other wrinkle is racking the slide did not resolve it. I've taken it apart for cleaning, cleaned it all out, put it back together and the issue persists.

I'm not familiar with that one. Might be worth a call to Taurus warranty department or bring it to your smith of choice if you prefer.
