Are you an NRA member?

Postby ronin069 on Sun Dec 16, 2012 8:40 pm

You may not always agree with everything they say/do, but if ever there was something YOU can do to protect the rights we have, they are going to need our support.

I'm gifting my twin boys a membership, and I encourage all to either join, renew, or upgrade their own membership.

Stormy weather ahead gents. Stormy weather indeed.

Are you an NRA member?

I'm already a life member. I'm looking at a life membership in the SAF which is the group behind the steady march of precedent setting court victories.

I was never a fan of them as I always figured they were too radical for me claiming "NATO forces Black Storm Troopers" were gonna come get my guns..

It was very offending to me when they made the claims of the storm troopers when in fact the UN has the small firearms ban legislation which had no affect on our nations laws and would have more then likely keep guns illegal in the "evil" countries.

However I am considering becoming a member due to recent events. Is there any substitute lobbying group that is not as radical as the NRA out there?

I find them less "radical" than I'd prefer.

I also belong to GOA and will be joining SAF but I expect you'd find both too... radical

I'm NRA Endowment now - was Life from age 19 until this year when I upgraded. I may upgrade again.

I'm almost done paying for my GOA life too.

SAF is next.

we're going to need more members soon

You don't have to agree with my views, nor do I want to impose my views upon anyone I am a member of the USCCA, and GSSF

SAF is a lot better then the NRA in my book.. I will consider joining them

Thanks

I have been a NRA member for years, didn't even own a gun. I also opted out of the magazine issues to save them money.

I have been a member for a number of years, even though I think they are a little to large and worried more about their own agenda and power. They always seem to be on the defense, which in the long run is going to continually give up ground, but I do not see any other organization that has the power they do to fight for the basic rights of the 2nd amendment. I gave my son a lifetime membership last year, and plan to sign my wife up soon.
