Anyone tried these AR cases?

I've been getting by with a normal scoped cheapy case, then I put an optic on my AR today and its a no go.

Are these basically Allen cases or are they actually decent for the money? I'm no sniper, don't need a $300 drag bag. It needs to hold my crap in the truck, thats about it. But $20 for a worthless case is a bummer when $40-60 would save the headache.

What do you guys like and have luck with?

Top one appears identical to the ones Cabelas had on sale last year. After a year of use mine is still looking good and it functions as it should.

first case is great for shipping. I bought several of those and included it for rifles I have sold on gunbroker. When people agree on not wanting the cheap plastic hardcase, I use those to save space. They seem to be okay for range use.

Second one isn't all that great since for ~$15 more, you can get a better case.

I have two very similar looking cases. I got one at Wal-mart and the other at Sportsmans Guide. They work pretty well.

I'm a HUGE fan of Eagle cases. Natchez offers them at stupid sale prices every couple months.

I was looking at both cases as well. The reviews for the first case made it seem like it was a bit on the cheap end as far as materials used, especially in the inside. The second case appears to have zipper issues with the main compartment. I didn't want to mess around so I bought the case below off Amazon. After you count shipping it's 5 bucks more than the second case you listed but if you look at the reviews and the pictures it seems to be twice as functional. Really good AR strap options in the main compartment and the second compartment can hold 6 30 rd PMAGs, 8 handgun mags, and a pistol.

I had the Pro Series Case (http://www.midwayusa.com/product/939141733/midwayusa-pro-series-tactical-rifle-case?cm_vc=subv1939239907). Really nice case, but all of the stitching on the seams started tearing out almost immediately. By the 4th use, I ended up throwing it in the garbage. I got it at a good price, so I wasn't out too much cash.

This is the only Midway branded case that I have had fall apart on me.

I got this one for a x-mas present, and I will update with my opinion on it. Seems very well made for a "made in china" (What isn't these days) product.

I have the first case... Little over 2 years now, still going strong... Nice case for the money, IMO.

I'd get the Cabela's tactical case, it's high quality and I believe on sale for $49 right now

I actually own the first case from Midway and an Allen case that came with my Huldra....the only difference is that case from Midway is slightly larger...zipper, pockets and everything else seems to be of similar quality.
