It sucks, I get that but why do you keep blaming people for this situation? What do you expect people to do? Not buy low and sell high? That is just not realistic. I want to be able to buy .223 ammo for 35 per a 100 pk and p-mags for 10 bucks too, but that aint gonna happen for awhile. Just gotta hang in there.

It's funny to me now. City commandos teaming up to buy all the ammo and then resell it before they leave the store.

City Commandos? What are you saying? This is occuring accross the country. Plenty of rural shops experiancing the same thing. If you think this is just "city" people you are mistaken.

It may now be in Fleet Farm's interest to limit/ ration ammunition sales.
If it becomes the perception they are being cleaned out like this, people will stop dropping buy to check on ammo availability (and in the process spend another unrelated $20-100 on other stuff)
Traffic- getting someone to walk through the front door- is the life blood of brick and mortar retailing.

I know it's tempting, and some people just can't help themselves, but that is ridiculous.

Trying to sell it to another customer in the store is a d-bag thing to do.

Yup. Someone is taking a risk. Next year, they may be the fool. It still costs the same to mass produce ammunition.

I would of informed the staff and hoped they wouldn't of sold it to him. But the again, this is a "free market". Bend over and take it.

I saw a few tins of that crap at the BP FF. This was a few days after the panic started and I still didn't pick it up.

I went to Cabela's which had Danish M855. :D

Yeah he paid out of his ass too... $399 for 800 rds. for corrosive & dirty ammo. I was there at Carver FF a few days ago and the employee said "I wouldn't buy this stuff". Good for him... I'll wait a few months when prices return to normal, and he'll sit on that **** saying WTF was I thinking...

There has been a pile of that crap at the Oakdale store for quite some time. It appears nobody else wanted it. Don't know if it's still there. Maybe he got that as well.
Watch for it in Armslist...
