Officers responded to the report of a person shot in the foot. Officers located V1/male, 18 yrs, in the hallway at that address. V1 had been shot in the foot/lower leg. V1 stated he was walking down the street when he was confronted by 3 males who shot at him. There was no evidence to substantiate this story. A sawed-off shotgun was found in the hallway of the address. It was determined that V1 accidentally shot himself while concealing the gun in his pants leg. V1 was transported to the hospital via ambulance with a non-life threatening wound. Possession of an illegally sawed off shotgun is a criminal offense.

The purpose of a firearm in a defensive situation is to make the other guy leak from holes he was not born with. Your job is to install those orifices for him.
