Glock 34 Gen 4 Question

I am looking into getting a Glock 34 Gen 4, and was wondering if a g17 upper would fit on it. Also if the G34 upper would fit the 17 lower?

Yes, as long as the uppers and lowers are both of the same gen

Gen 4 slide will fit on gen 3 frames and work fine. MeVrrooom will chime in to this as he has done extensive shooting this way and I only have limited rounds this way just to see how we'll it works.

Edit: the other way around as noted by other users.

I think it is the other way around ! Gen. 3 slide will work on a Gen. 4 frame.

Anyone know of a good place to find complete uppers, specifically a 34? Glockmeisterb has a few, no 34s

Gunbroker...I've been trolling for a G34 Gen 4 upper to slap on my FDE frame for a little while. Might just nut up and buy a complete 34 and swap frame internals. A 34 FDE and a standard17, I can live with that
