I walked my letter in person into the Commisioner of Public Safety's office...most other people simply mail a certified letter.

So when is the capitol rally? On the 19th or 8th?

"Gun control =more crime" is orginizing the jan 19th event at the capital at 12pm and several local gun groups, am1280 the patriot and a couple more exciting things (more details coming soon once secured) are tied in with "2nd Rights," Feb 8th nationwide event and both dates are gaining steam nationally as well. Fliers are out now for the January 19th event and a landing page and radio promos notifying the public of the feb 8th event at 10am on the south steps of the capital start next week so both events are going strong and hopefully you can attend both (I know my family and friends will be at both) but if you can't make both (driving in from out of town or what not) make sure to show your support at one and spread the word of both. These events aren't competeing with eachother! The more awareness we can raise for both and for gun rights the better it is for all! I will post the link to the page for the feb 8th event when that goes live.

On a personal note my family, friends and associates will be at both events supporting the cause and I encourage all of you to not look at it as one event versus the other but look at it as more opportunity to spread awareness and let your voice be heard.
