It says 14% of permit holders (over last decade) are women. I thought it was 12% and predicted that in mn it would max out at 15% Where are they getting that number??

It doesn't total by gender so there's some text manipulation and Excel work involved but:

I was amazed at the reception the lady doing the article got. She just got lambasted by one lady that came in to use the range, enough to the point I made a strategic break for the door to go have a smoke.
