Before blasting a business, give the manager/owner a shot at correcting employee action. At least, that's what I do at most places. Sometimes, the manager/owner does something about it. Sometimes they don't, and then I don't return.

I contacted them through their email form on their website, let's see if they even care to respond.

I had something similar happen at Circle Pines. I called the manager, and he was extremely interested in what I had to say.

The staff is great and the range is pretty nice at the north location....saftey issues are obviously a concern. When there are a lot of people, and a lot of new people, that are buying guns that can get a bit hectic. I realize that. But I will not spite Bill's for the users negligence. Bill's has always treated me well. I will how ever notify range officiers of in proper behavior (if I dont say something to the shooter first) and if I see the range officer not doing his/her job, I will absolutely notify the management.

Yea I wouldn't blame Bill's either if it wasn't their employees who were breaking the rules, even after I confronted them. They didn't even bother to move the gun that was pointing at me.
