That's from BumFights... a series of videos made by some scumbags who paid homeless people to fight and do stuff like that on film. I think they are in jail now or were jailed at one time.

One of the "promoters" was a pastor's kid I used to know. He was a whack job from day one, he had a web site and sold videos, and he got arrested for accesory after the fact murder when one of the guys split a cranial vein, and even though he was bleeding fro m the eye, they decided a liter of some booze and a couple of twenties was all they needed to give him.....
