I'm pretty sure that background checks are performed by most HR departments for ANY job applicant, and I know you get your record looked at just to be a volunteer at a hospital or nursing home. That being said, ask any cop what a "DWB" infraction is, and they will tell you it means "Driving while Black", so there is racism out there....

What do you expect under Obama and Holder in the DOJ?? That Black Panther in Philadelphia never got prosecuted for coercing voters at a precinct in 2008, the charge got thrown out, the guy did it again in 2010 with no charges, and then did it again in 2012 with a very few cameras running and asking him some pretty watered down questions.
