I seriously doubt the feds would kick in the door and you would have a heroic last stand against tyranny. Im guessing they would gather intel, find out where you work, when, when you are home, when not. If they cant find an easy opening to get in uncontested, they will make one. Faked call from the hospital about a loved one, wife taken downtown, come pick her up, IRS appointment to go over your taxes fro 4 years ago... You get the idea.
They will go in, little to no resistance and take them. They will have ultrasonic tech to scan within walls, they will confiscate your cars. Then, they will most likely charge you at work, at the gym, etc and take you in for felony posession. The few hold outs who manage to avoid these traps will either hide them so well that they are useless, or they will finally get their heroic last stand but it will be a slaughter because the cops are not going to go in unprepared or let themselves be outnumbered. The news will report these few as drug dealers or someone plotting a terrorist action so people wont even know what really happened.
The information would get out via YouTube, SMS, etc. Anonymous would insure it gets out to the masses and when the truth was revealed, we may be WROL in that case.
Don't forget that the government can shut down the internet in a heart beat along with all radio and telephone communications!
Well, there's shortwave radio, and I don't know if they could get every signal/frequency blocked for radio, I can see the telephones going down first, Internet is possible, not sure how easy that would be right now. I know they had a plan for it, but whether that was implemented, I don't know. I've also heard that a city can be shutdown (traffic blocked) in 15 minutes as well. I'm not exactly sure what they can and cannot do. Sometimes they have more abilities than we think they do, and other times we think they can do things, but can't. It most certainly keeps us guessing.
I do know some things they can do (due to my last job), but I can't say more than that. I will say that some information systems don't communicate with each other like we think they do (or should). Big Brother is still growing up in many ways.
