I just hope some others will join me and send a letter of protest, if not, wear the China hat with pride, while waving the American Flag, (better look, that may have been made in china also) If they want to send me something, send a Thank you!!! jmop msn

This post just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Can people really be this.... don't even know the word for this kind of behavior.

My grandfather was a helmsman on a carrier in the Pacific during WWII. Do you know what he called the damn Chinese? He called them Allies.

If we're going to hate every country that we've ever been at war with (much less allied with), we're not going to have a very long list of friends.

(I don't think he ever did forgive the "Japs", though. He rarely talked about it, but when we did sit down and look through his carrier yearbook it was still just under the surface 50 years on.)
