I do like Win 231 as long as you are loading FMJ or Plated. It is a little to smokey for lead rounds.

Did you mean that Winchester stopped selling W231? Bought a pound in December and another in February, is there something I missed? this is my main powder for the .45's and use it for the 10mm.

This is my "go to" powder also. My 8# Jug should last me a few years.

After reading this I was in the area so I stopped by frontiersmen to pick up a pound of Unique to try. Sure enough, they had NONE. I did manage to pickup some 6 mm Amax and a nice 50 Cal Ammo Can, but no Powder. They had NO Primers either (I don't count Blunderbuss Primers)

Silhouette is (supposedly) the same as Win. Action Pistol. Call/email Western and ask.
HP38 and Win231 are the same. I highly doubt Hodgdon will stop selling either.
