You honestly didn't think that Lord Paymar would lower himself and listen to the peasants he wants to disarm again did you?
I will never apologize for being an American.

"the peasants have an opinion? Oh no, no, no, no, no,no. Clearly there is some kind of misunderstanding here. You would happen to have a bit peasant in you, would you?"

That's bs. We need to be heard. What would they do if we spoke out anyway?

Declare you out of order and have the State Troopers remove you from the hearing room. The Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Latz had someone from our side removed after two outbursts during the hearings. To be fair, he DID warn him after the first one.
Nothing to see here. Continue swimming.

There's no such thing as a "semiautomatic military-style assault weapon".
This terminology needs to get eliminated from politics.

Well, I declare them out of order will vote to remove them from office. :)

I don't think it'd be good to start something up in there, however, the fact is how can they/he have a hearing that's one-sided? Yes, our views were heard on the individual bills, but isn't this omnibus bill which is a collective of all of them we spoke out against? Certainly we need to be able to speak out against it.

He knows he is safe for re election. In another thread I was told leaving the state was giving up.
Well all I can say is our participation in politics is pointless if we turn out in large numbers and certain parties simply don't care what we think.

They can and do pass laws that make lawful citizens in to criminals every year. We are subjects of a 2 party ruling class!
Paymar is a prime example of someone who gets elected and thinks he is some sort of prince of the realm.

Where do you go to? FL, CO, WI, CA, NY? They all have their issues and then there's the prospect of nationwide legislation, so you may as well stay here and fight.

Yup. It's exactly like how some states are switching from a winner take all electoral college to a proportional one.
To the two forum members who have used lines from my posts as their signatures, can't you quote Jesse Ventura or some other great Minnesotan instead of stealing mine? - LePetomane

Exactly. Do you keep getting chased around by new laws? The point about federal legislation is very valid. What's the backup plan then? Where will you move? I want as many pro-gun voices here as possible for the fall of 2014 when we need to win the legislature back.

The point of a line in in the sand is not move unless it is to move your position forward and decrees your opponent's space. Other than that, you do not move. You do not yield an inch. You do not surrender. You do not give up or give in at any cost.

Honestly, if a chrome banana would let me defend my life and the lives of my family, especially if that chrome banana is a constitutional right, I would be every bit as vehement about it as I am about guns; but not because of the "thing", because the "thing" whatever it is doesn't matter. Ultimately it's merely a tool to protect what I care about most of all: freedom, which is the thing I'm really interested in and vehement about protecting.
