Watching the hearings now.....Latz is on top of a steamroller and he's putting it into gear....He's splitting up the Omnibus into 'Policy' and 'those with financial impact' to be passed separately.

Senator Ortman is objecting here and there but she's in the minority.

I got a baaaaaaaaaad Feeling that there's going to be a lot of Butt-Hurt after this session is over.

Who is responsible for letting the DFL get hold of BOTH HOUSES of the legislature.....Plus how many millions of out of state money was spent to elect Dayton? His ex-wife and relatives dumped a whole lot of money into his campaign.

NONE OF THIS BULL-MANURE WOULD BE HAPPENING IF EMMER WERE GOVERNOR.

Ortman is awesome. It's just to bad that it seems there's 5 people on that committee WITHOUT common sense! I've emailed her atleast a half dozen times already thanking her for her stance on this. I would contribute a nice chunk to her if she would run for governor! Gosh, common sense governing? could anyone imagine what our state would be like with someone in charge that has common sense?

My girlfriend and I watched the proceedings a for short time last night. First time she heard Ortman speak she said "wow, she's really smart. She really knows what she's talkin about. The latz spoke, my girlfriend was silent for a moment while Latz spoke the turned and looked at me with a crinkled up face.

I watched the proceedings last night...... Latz is a disgrace to the democratic process. I don't live in St Louis park but I know where I will volunteer to help pink slip a senator in 2014
