Two things about that report......DHS uses up to 15 million rounds in training a year, well...they're buying 100 YEARS worth of ammo NOW! Really? Is this necessary? 10 years would be sufficient. Nothing like spending OUR money for 100 years worth of ammo but closing down White House tours, lesser used airport towers, and schools in Chicago because of the sequester. BS! Also, why do the handgun rounds in the video photo have holes in the primers?
