True, yet as with any news story, it can be difficult to ascertain the veracity. We can rely to some extent on the source (appeal to authority) or we can go to the location in which the matter in question occurred and perform our own investigation (Though I doubt you would be any more satisfied with that). Indeed, this story could turn out to be false, which could also occur if I posted an article from USA Today or CBS News.
Please continue to view and consider all information presented ANYWHERE with a skeptical and critical mind! Personally, I have little reason to doubt the story, given the state in which it occurred and the 'times' we are living in. I think this 'potential' news is worthy of consideration, further investigation and warrants close watch. It seems to me unlikely an attorney and his associates are fabricating a 'story' to drum up business or publicity, given the severity of possible repercussions -- or that a journalist at ammoland.com would risk his reputation for this report. But of course, this is not to say you are not free to come to a different conclusion.
