I think we have a new necro-bump champion!

I've seen quite a few people get angry about users not using the search function and reading the information that has already been provided.

So, now, a new user uses the search function, finds an old thread, and wants to contribute---- Make fun of that new guy!!

Welcome, Tranger161.
I'm sure the question about "What is The Best Lubricant?" will never, ever be answered.
Jeff

I have never understood why bumping old threads is discouraged on so many message boards. One of the best tech forums I post on mandates that you only post a new topic if you can't find an existing one. That practice keeps the signal to noise ratio down, consolidates relevant results in searches, makes the information much easier to find and digest and it keeps people from having to answer the same questions over and over ad nauseum.

I've been a break free guy for years. I use CLP for cold weather and wipe down daily, but prefer the collector and preservative products for storage and 1911 lube. The powder blast works good for extractors and breach faces.
