1) run guns to Mexico to prove that American guns end up in Mexico

2) left Americans to twist in the wind because admitting that Al Queda wasn't "on the run" might have had a political cost

3) once in power, had their IRS target and hobble the opposition and

4) crushed the 1st and 4th with an historic over-reach of intrusive information gathering (against their friends at the AP no less!)

None of this matters. They still deserve
a logical discussion
. We aren't allowed to be frustrated with their politics or their antics.

Oh no you din'int! :D

"I wanted to be a non partisan president and bring everyone together. Its just that some of these republicans won't enact all the policy I want... Its their fault!"

If you somehow consider "being frustrated with politics and antics" and "Having a logical discussion" as mutually exclusive, then you've got some serious issues. Not the least of which will be the political irrelevance that Heffay mentioned.

Actually, i do have some serious issues... not the least of which is a complete disdain and hatred for people who are voting my country into the toilet. We have a Chicago-style white house that is proving to be disasterous coupled with a bag of blind supporters who keep defending the indefensible.

On a MUCH lesser note, I recognize the progressive infusion on this board lately. i only wish others would be as judicious with their use of the ignore button. It would save me from seeing that which I have tried not to see.

haha. nice try. as much as you attempt to marginalize, the fact is that the country is pretty well divided down the middle. And the corrupt sociopath you keep insisting on defending is causing ALL of us problems.

I don't believe he's trying to marginalize your side. Rather, he's making a reference to your partisanship. But you would have had to have seen a specific Star Trek episode to have gotten it.

I hadn't seen it. I like the reference.

Yeah accusations of partisanship are nonsense. The fact is that two groups don't agree, and Obama, while claiming a desire for non-partisinship hasn't been any more effective than any other president (left or right). He has really distinguished himself with sleazy and underhanded tactics in attempt to achieve his ends though.

Claiming that you are going or always wanted to be 'the one' to bring everyone together and accomplish (your) goals is just a meaningless political statement and attempt the shame the opposing side into your bidding. Clearly the 'change' infested public bought his political marketing hook line and sink. If 'getting along' was all that it is about, Obama is welcome to:

1. Dismantle o'crappercare
2. Come clean about the IRS and Benghazi and concede the election to Romney
3. Realize that Gosnell represents the mentality and state of the abortion industry and outlaw it
4. Quit playing politics on gay marriage (I do hope you recall his and hilary's words a mere four years ago)
5. Quit screwing with and trying to subvert the constitution
6. Quit raising taxes.
7. Quit trying to create a social welfare one party political state via 'immigration reform'

and so on.

I'm sure calling them libtards a bunch of times instead of having a logical discussion is definitely the right direction to change minds.

You said liberal and logic together. You must be cracked.

Except no one in this thread was trying to bring up some sort of impassioned Obama defense. Or even a defense of liberals in general. They're simply pointing out that resorting to name calling will get you (correctly) ignored by pretty much everyone. Likewise if you somehow think you don't need to make a logical discussion.

Most of us figured this out in 2nd grade. ;-)

The entire world is aware that NY has a 7 round max.... 9 nine rounds in the magazine ..... they'll hang em high so they get the point across... this guy should have known better..... heck his neighbors might have called the 9 in the mag in if the cops hadn't nailed him first

its a good thing ... too the 2 extra rounds forced his body to work harder, thus increasing his carbon footprint.... we should be thankful the cops noticed the burnt out license plate and got this carbon emitter some help
