Kimber Stainless Ultra Carry....remove grip

Just bought a Crimson Trace grip for my Kimber compact. I need to reuse the screws from the original grips. They
are not just a normal screw. Is there a trick to separate it from the grip?

instead of unscrewing yer screws from the bushings, ya unscrewed the bushings from the frame ... probly someone loctited the screws ... I usually jest use a pliers to hold the bushing, and if it gets too F'd up, I replace it
