No Charges. Child Welfare Agency might be getting investigated. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/03 ... -boy-with/

To be fair, it looks like the anti-gunners saw the facebook pictures and called in complaints that "a child has unfettered access to weapons" which would probably rightly be investigated by child welfare. Using a swat team and the other over the top tactics was uncalled for.

I'll admit I'm trolling...kinda curious about the power of the Internets in regards to this. To the best of my limited legal knowledge, I have shown nothing illegal with this picture, an adult remained within arms reach...and in fact, he's wearing eye and ear protection. :D

Nope. Don't actually use PS that much anymore. Lightroom has all the tools I need!

Yep.

The original wording of Alice Hausman's "assault weapon" bill would have reclassified the Marlin Model 60 as an assault weapon because it has a fixed magazine with a capacity in excess of 10 rounds.

Oh don't get me wrong... I'm not saying you're doing anything wrong at all, as soon as my wife lets my girls shoot with me, You bet I'm posting proud papa pics! Figured that whole case went nowhere fast... just wondering.

Good for you, for teaching your kids safe and fun shooting practices.
