I officially have a problem

I started will a Lee Classic Turret last December. I now own a Lee Breech Lock Press and just received a Lee Load Master last Friday. I bought the Breech Lock from another board member at a great deal. I found the Liad Master on Armslist for $270.00 (Incl Shipping) and it has complete setup's for 9mm, 40 S&W, .45 AP, and .223. Each caliber also has it's own Lee Pro Auto Disk, along with many extra parts. The only thing it was missing was a Resize/Decap die for the .223, which I also found cheap on Armslist.

I'm planning to load all pistol on the Load Master and all rifle on the Classic Turret. I use the Breech Lock for De-Bulging 40's and Swaging Crimped cases. I wondered if I would ever need the Lee quick change bench mounting system? Now, I'm very glad I decided to setup my Classic Turret (First press) with the Lee system, from the very beginning

I bought most of the stuff after visiting OldmanFCSA and seeing his STUPENDOUS reloading shop. My wife says that I'm aspiring to be like Oldman. She has put her foot down and forbid me from building another shop just for reloading...lol. I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to slip the press and equipment for loading 50 BMG past her?

I've reloaded for over 40 years BigDog, and even now I'm still learning and tinkering around. Great post with lots of good information.

I just bought a second press. Both are progressive (lee pro 1000). The conversion from 45ACP to 9mm made me do it. No need to buy dies, small primer holder, and maybe case feeder. I can leave each set up exactly how I want them once the day comes. That...and "some" components I have gathered.

None of this would be an issue, except I have not loaded a single round. I'm reading my third book on reloading (Lyman's 49th) and life keeps me busy. So, not one round loaded and I feel silly buying the second press, but I know I will use it. I could probably load 10,000 rounds in the time I have spent reading about it

Anyone else go nuts on supplies before ever pulling the handle?

Yes, I bought a Lee Classic kit and most all the Lee dies for the calibers I have and plan to start reloading some day...soon.....after I get enough empty cases and read my 4 manuals a few times...and then a few times more. My biggest obstacle is finding space for a bench. I got all my reloading tools but no bench. So yeah, I haven't pulled the handle....yet.

I have been using pro 1000 for about 8 years. I have one set up to load 9mm and 40s&w. I have loaded over 20k rounds with it. I bought a second one and have it set up for 45acp. I love these presses. The few times that I did have problems it came down to operator error. You can't go wrong with a pro 1000.
