Glad you like OGC. I am also a new member this year. I have been there at least twice a week since the end of April. Sunday I was the guy behind the counter in the clubhouse doing some time. I will be there this Sunday working also. Just look for the short balding dude. Wait that's more than half of the members.lol

Oh yes, I think I remember you! I was the tall guy that came in with my buddy going to the 25 yard range. Wish I could get out there more often. This weekend is going to be busy, and next weekend is way too far away to know plans yet.

I just submitted my application last week.

I've been trying to get on the waiting list for the Dakota County Gun Club for three years (I live in Rosemount so it's a LOT closer than OGC) but for three years I go to their site and it always says something to the effect of "All member slots are filled, please check the website again June 20xx". Then, every June, I check back to the site and must have missed the 5 minutes the application page was up because it says the same thing, only with June of the following year. Do I need to learn a secret handshake to get on the list over there?

At least with OGC you put your name and info in and you are on the list even if it takes a few years for your number to come around; OGC is already way ahead of DCGC as far as I'm concerned with first impressions.
