I broke my Dillion Square Deal

Postby tabberski on Sat Jun 29, 2013 9:14 pm

Really bummed out, press broke where handle pivots against main frame. Pivot point broke out of frame. Going to call Dillon on Monday see if there is anything that can be done. Hope the warranty is as good as they say. Will let everyone know how it turns out. Guess the .45 ACP factory is out of business for a while, I feel like I've been "fired".

I would look at it as being furloughed rather than fired- you will still be acquiring seniority and your job will be kept open for you. As soon as the press is fixed you will be back on the assembly line, not out of work. I suggest spending the intervening time creating new work!!! Think of it as job security.

From my experience Dillon will take real good care of you. You should be up and running in no time. Best warantee and customer service in the business.

I have taken your suggestion to heart. Everyone can rest assured that there will be more work for them once the facility is up and running again. :D

Big reason why I only buy dillon presses now. The warranty. They make amazing presses As it is, then add a lifetime no questions asked warranty they honor like your their only customer... How can you beat that? I'm a die hard blue koolaid drinker
