My prediction is a hung jury. With 6 chicks on the jury someone will almost certainly vote to convict because of emotions and hype, not fact. Then there will be some that will base their decision on facts and evidence. (hopefully). YRMV

If they DON'T have a verdict today...that may be the case 5-1 or 4-2...and I'd say it's majority to acquit. Hung jury could be a very good outcome....it will delay things at least 6 months and introduces the possibility of the state offering aggravated assault or similar w/ 12 months...Zim could plea to that.

ANYONE want to gamble with a 30 year sentence? a 20 year sentence?

If I were Zim and I got acquitted ....I'd leave the country tonight. South America would be looking good.
