As a financially conservative, socially liberal gun owner, I haven't felt as though I had a good choice at the polls in MANY years. Both parties have major flaws IMO. I can't get on board with the republican anti-abortion/anti-gay rights/pro-christian agenda, but neither can I be happy with the democrats wanting to spend all of the country's money on wiping away the concept of personal responsibility, let alone their stance on gun control. Both sides seemingly doing their best to erode the right to privacy doesn't help matters any, either.
