Guess I'm in the minority that I don't consider the right to bear arms an "unalienable right". I personally sleep a little better at night knowing that our country doesn't allow criminals and the mentally ill to walk into a gun shop and purchase whatever they want.

It's amazing how some people want one right to have absolutely no limits, but they can't put enough limitations on other rights.

If there were no limits upon this one right then all would have the ability to secure all of the rights they are rightfully endowed.

Second amendment is speshul cause it's more important than other rights, like the right to vote...

Have you tried Ginkgo Biloba? It's supposed to be good for memory and you can even grow it in MN. ;) Don't even think you need a permit.

Just watch out for the Ginko fruit, it's quite stinky.

You bring even more shame on us, especially with strawman arguments.

Sorry, my rights are more important than your sleep.

That's your problem.

Regulations aren't unconstitutional. Arguing that they are doesn't do us any favors.

It's far more effective to argue for intelligent regulations, like allowing suppressors for safety reasons (additional hearing protection).

I really have no desire to discuss this further. You are entitled to your opinion and I am entitled to mine. Neither one of us is right because there is nothing to make a judgement against which is infallible.

However I have not claimed to be speaking for you or representing you or anyone else, so I fail to see how I'm bringing shame on you or "us". Though I'm not sure who "us" is as you have not stated who you have been designated to represent. So please stop with the claims of bringing shame.
