If it's not dead, it doesn't belong in this thread.

Mourning doves. A great way to shoot the dust out of the barrels before pheasant and grouse season.

We don't do much running around. We found a halfway decent spot. We bring in folding chairs, decoys and cigars. On a good day you get to shoot every 20 min or so. It drives the dogs nuts more than anything else.

Two Bite and a half size medallions that are absolutely delicious, taste exactly like a pigeon ;)

Where is a good place to hunt doves? I believe it's something I could do from my wheelchair and I used to love taking them when I lived in GA (and could actually walk normally). They proved to be quite tasty. I have a rule, that I never kill anything I don't intend to eat. The only exception to that rule, is if I might have to kill an animal in self defense of myself, my family (including my little dog) or someone else.

Duck Hunting starts this weekend. I think the photo's will be rolling by Monday.

Any tips on how to size the photo's so they'll up load properly.

If I would have seen this thread earlier I would have taken pictures. Two sharpies on Monday and two ruffs on Tuesday. I should stop right now as I am 4 birds for 4 shots. It can only go down and it will, in front of an audience I'm sure.
