I have a couple of these setups, and to do it RIGHT, (FPV) here's a list of approximate prices

DJI F450 ARF kit = 180
NAZA flight controller with GPS from 200 to 400
Camera (gopro3) 200-400
Downlink (dji) 210
iosd 60-250
If you want steady shots, you need a gimbal, I prefer the Zenmuse, its approx 700

That's all assuming you have a lipo charger, radio, receiver, 12v tv or goggles to view live feed.
