Possible ban?

Postby unknown on Fri Dec 06, 2013 8:56 am

Hi there,

I have been out of the loop on the news lately, but reading a members thread there a "possible ban" was mentioned a fre times. Any ideas where can I read more about this?

I saw an AR on the shelf yesterday, so this can't possibly be true (or current) news.

The anti gunners go into rapture and dream about a new "assault weapons" ban all the time. If we stay vigilant, they won't try it again!
Nothing to see here. Continue swimming.

I am willing to bet you read the thread of Shooter115 buying his kid a lower for Christmas. That thread was created a year ago around the time of Sandy Hook.

They ARE banned in Minneapolis.

And it recently came to light that the legislative agenda for The City of Mpls is 'local pre-emption' of state law.

It's 'One-Party-Rule' in the big city.

There is an invalid city ordinance on the books in Minneapolis - which is NOT ENFORCEABLE due to state pre-emption.

Still won't stop the MPD from taking you $500+ rifle and confiscating it for really long time.

I haven't heard of MPD confiscating a rifle under this ordinance recently. Have you?

If they really wanted to, they would just have to take a quick look at armslist. :?
