35 cents a round for reloaded 9mm is a great deal?

Like my post said, "Has anyone done business with them, especially shipping brass for reimbursement?"

I visited with a representative at the Hutchinson gun show this fall so they do exist.

Their website states they are located at 2374 Goodhue St in Red Wing Minnesota 55066

Is it just me or are you guys getting tired of people calling range brass once fired brass. I know all the range brass I pick up has a good percentage of reloads in it. Unless they can give me good reason to believe its once fired I don't believe them. These guys are buying brass through their trade in program so the brass is coming from a TON of different sources and a good percentage of it is not once fired especially when you consider people will buy ammo from them and keep turning in the same old brass.

.35 cents/9mm for a reload is not a good deal in my opinion, isn't that about what you can buy new factory ammo for now? It looks like the only benefit to buying ammo from them is you can turn in your brass, is there something else I'm missing?

With gamers pushing 9 to maj PF, this is a little bit bigger deal than most folks might make of it (imho/ianal/ymmv/etc.)

I give up. There have been five replies to my post and none have addressed my question yet. Everyone means well but evidently comprehension takes a back seat to the need to just say something. Maybe it is just me, an old curmudgeon who only sought an answer to the simple question, "Has anyone done business with them, especially shipping brass for reimbursement? The deal sounds way too good." :-)

Well you have to actually try to understand the point folks are trying to make. If a company is buying brass from ranges and individuals, then reselling it as once fired what does that really tell you about how they do business. Unless you actually see the round come out of the factory box and then fired out of the gun you have no idea if it is once fired. With 9 and 40 major a lot of guys leave there brass after 3 cycles, heck even 45 guys leave brass after a a dozen times.

So do business with whoever you want.

yEah, what mmcnx2 said. We were just trying to help. Not everyone knows that some used brass has had it's ass kicked by ipsc and idpa folks. ;)

But to answer your question, no.
