We finally made it to Bill's today and shot indoors for a change. Both guns shot well. We both shot one ragged hole with the Wilson. As far as function it may not be worth the extra three grand but it's at least that much better looking. We put 400 rds of WWB through the Wilson without a single failure of any kind. Santa brought me six WC ETM mags and all eight locked open every time. I love this gun. It isn't my favorite because I really enjoy 45acp, but it's close. I can't wait for its Twin to arrive in 45acp.

I shot my Ruger MKIII with a newly installed Ultra Dot today too. It worked perfectly. I had tried a cheaper red dot and it was a POS that went out after every shot. This was a much better experience.

Merry Christmas V Man. It was nice seeing you at the show.
If Wrench out shoots me with the 9mm RO from John, I'm going to weep. LOL

Thanks for all of the kind words fellows.

Merry Christmas Sawgrass and Wrench. You can always sell your 1911 and buy 4 or 5 Range Officers if she out shoots you. LOL

Um, which one?[/quote]

I'd be willing to take that Wilson off her hands.

Everything you need to know to be successful in the military: Always have an Assault element,Support element and a Security element. Leadership Decisions: Will it accomplish the Mission? Is it morally and ethically correct? How will it affect your men?

V Man it would be fun to have you examine and shoot these two guns.
They both do the same thing with similar end results, but I think you might appreciate the difference in fit and function.
