Decently priced .22 at GM

Postby gun_fan111 on Sat Feb 08, 2014 10:33 am

GM put out a bunch of Golden High Velocity 525 packs for $25 in Lakeville. Limit of 10 but I paced myself with 2 :)

I also picked up a 350 pack of 380ACP for $140 as that sounded like an OK deal to me.
Did you just buy that beautiful firearm, or are you trying to sell that piece of crap?

As of 11:00 they still have a couple hundred boxes of the 525 Golden Bullet. I got what I needed and left the rest for everyone else.

For the Saturday expo they had 100,000+ rds of 22lr and it sold out before noon. They said they were getting in more but did not tell me when. Best thing to do would be call them. You might want to check the Rogers store too, they sometimes don't get the traffic thus their inventory can be better.

Zero .22LR at all? Or zero of the reasonably priced bulk packs of Winchester, Federal, M22, etc.? Because in the middle of last week they had quite a healthy stockpile of various .22 ammo. Not all at great prices, but moderately decent (6+ cents/rd).

In case anyone was wondering, I am the guy who flagged your arms list posting for being over priced.

Don't know why, but the GM employee standing by the ammo stand was encouraging everybody to buy the limit of 10 packs...

I don't sell ammo but in my personal opinion the only way something can be overpriced is if no one buys it. What is the skin off your nose if someone pays whatever price for ammo??

Free market.. How does it work.
Just because it is too high for your blood there is no need to get butthurt and complain to management about it. Punk move in my book.

Buying up ammo and denying others the enjoyment of shooting for the sole purpose of selling it at jacked up prices is a punk move in my book. So there. I hope it's your listing I flag.

Denying enjoyment? Well aren't we feeling entitled.
If you want it bad enough get there early or pay the price of not being the early bird.

I personally am not selling what I have. But I don't fault people for making hay while the sun is shining. Maybe we should just redistribute all the ammo so that everyone has some. What are you going to share comrade? Sheesh.

Connsolo, I may not agree with people that are buying up all the ammo to resell but posting blank accusations to hundreds of members here is not constructive. People have the right to use any legal means to put food on their tables.

This is the Market Place for Deals and Group Buys, not a discussion area.
If you want to discuss things such as supply and demand, price gouging, etc., please start a thread under the appropriate area outside the Market Place.
