theres a few places this- Leave open carriers alone unless you have "reason to believe that a crime [is] afoot."-doesn't seem to be the policy even in states where open carry is the law.

well based on youtube there seems to be a fair amount of harassment involved with people being arrested etc in areas they claim it was legal in. I tend to believe them as I think if it wasn't they would have been disarmed in a different way...
