My Wilson Combat spring kit should be here tomorrow, and my 5 speedloaders should be here Friday.

What weight springs did you go with and speed loaders? I need to order both myself.

The Wilson Combat spring kit I got contains a few different spring weights so you can tailor the trigger to your needs. I installed the #8 trigger spring, and the #9 hammer spring. Double action is less than 5 lbs now, and single action is less than 2 lbs. I need to polish the trigger up because it still has a little stack to it, but way better than it was.

I just went with the HKS speedloaders 586A

I got to shoot Oldmans and couldn't stop thinking about it until I found the 5" I wanted. Followed his advice and dry fired it a couple thousand times both SA and DA. Pull is smooth as butter and it doesn't need lighter springs.

I liked this so much I picked up an SP101 3" for carry, but it needed shims and springs to improve the trigger. Still not as nice as the GP.

Bets you're going to enjoy this lots more than ghe shieldy
