Coonan Compact

Got a chance to shoot my father in-laws new Coonan compact last weekend.
4" barrel, and no barrel bushing. Felt recoil was similar to the full size IMO.Image

My guess is that the reduction in velocity from the shorter barrel balanced out the reduction in weight of the gun. In any case, it probably makes even more spectacular fire rings that its big brother...

I didn't notice the fire ball in the hot sun, but I'd bet it's there.
