Duh?!? He "doesn't feel safe with a gun in the house"? Why- because he expects his mom to shoot him? And yet somehow he's perfectly fine with taking the gun and carrying it around with him? Not to mention he's now guilty of theft, carrying without a licence, and violating a gun-prohibited area? Maybe he's suicidal and worries he'll use the gun on himself, in which case the gun is the least of his problems.

With his obvious mental handicap I agree it should be locked up, if not for the handicap (and the fact that it's a BB gun) that should be his hand-me-down gun for IDPA.
